Future Scope of Organic Dairy Products
Dairy products, or dairy products, are foods made from or contain the milk of mammals. They are mainly produced by mammals such as cattle, water buffalo, goats, sheep, camels and humans. Dairy products include foods like yogurt, cheese, and butter. A facility that produces dairy products is called a dairy or dairy factory. Dairy products are consumed worldwide, with the exception of most parts of East and Southeast Asia and parts of Central Africa.
Milk is produced after optional homogenization o
r pasteurization in several qualities after standardization of the fat content and possible addition of the bacteria Streptococcus lactis and Leuconostoc citrovorum. Milk can be divided into different categories depending on the type of product made, including cream, butter, cheese, baby food, and yogurt.
